Privacy notice

This notice covers this marketing website and enquiries made to Kuber Kernel. It does not replace the privacy terms of any separate application or customer agreement.

What we collect

If you send an enquiry, we collect your name, email address, organisation, enquiry type, message and your agreement to be contacted. We also record the submission time and a reference number. The hosting provider processes technical request information to deliver and protect the service. A temporary, hashed network identifier is used to limit abusive submissions.

How we use it

We use enquiry details to respond, arrange a conversation or demonstration, assess your requirements and keep a record of that discussion. Submitting this form does not enrol you in a newsletter. We do not sell enquiry details.

Where information is processed

The site and enquiry database are hosted by Cloudflare. Company email is handled using Zoho; automated enquiry notifications, where enabled, use Resend. These providers may process information outside South Africa. Each company’s website enquiry records are kept in a separate database.

Access and retention

Access is limited to people administering this website and handling enquiries for Kuber Kernel. We retain records while responding and considering the requested work, and review them for deletion when no longer needed. Please contact us if you would like an enquiry removed or corrected. We may need to retain information relating to an ongoing contract or dispute.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not use advertising trackers or a marketing analytics service. Hosting and security services may process technical information needed to operate the website.

Your choices

You can request access to, correction of or deletion of the information you provided, or ask us to stop contacting you, by emailing admin@kuberkernel.co.za. We may ask for sufficient information to verify that the request is yours.
